$1,000.00 College Scholarship
Christine Nieva will be providing a scholarship award towards post-secondary education to a talented ambitious student! Having taken an ambitious path to success herself, she strongly believes in opening doors for others. The “Infinite Future” scholarship is a tribute to promote the efforts and goals of one ambitious student.
The “Infinite Future” scholarship program helps with the education and training pursuits of students just like you. The scholarship is open to high school seniors who will enroll in the January 2020 semester. Home schooled students may apply as long as your course of study is equivalent to that of a senior in high school.

To qualify, you must be currently attending your senior year of high school or possess a G.E.D. high school diploma and reside in Maryland, N. Virginia or Washington D.C. There is no restriction based on grades, test scores or degree choice. The selection process will be handled by the Nieva Foundation.
You will be required to complete the attached application form and prepare a short essay demonstrating your abilities, interests, and goals for consideration:
Essay – Written Paper that describes achievements, academic and non-academic goals, future career interests, obstacles that were overcome, and hardships or difficulties that motivate you to succeed.
If it applies, a demonstration of a concept, idea, or prototype (using graphic media) such as development of website, video game, prototype model or drawing of an ‘invention’, art images, recording of musical or athletic ability, or any other hands-on/visual endeavors that speak for themselves may be included.
The funds can only be used towards tuition and/or required books/material for registered courses in a College or University. The administration of the FUND shall be as follows:
- The recipient(s) shall be selected by the Donors or their designee, and approved by the Nieva Foundation. Donors reserve the right to make the award presentation.
- All income in the fund shall be used for fund purposes.
- The money shall be transmitted by the Nieva Foundation directly to the desired college or university and applied directly to the student’s tuition and books. The monies shall not be remitted to the FUND winner.
